With an opportunity provided by a former associate, the original InfoMentis
program, DemoTechniques, was designed to help professionals with a sales or
services background understand how to leverage their solutions knowledge in a
sales environment. Our first program focused on understanding the buyer’s
needs, linking those needs to clients’ solutions, and delivering their message
in a manner that was valuable and easily understood by buyers.
As the initial program was launched, clients began to understand that they
needed to be able to better listen and understand their customers and prospects
across the entire continuum of services. Clients wanted to be able to leverage
their understanding of their customers to build long-term profitable
relationships and position themselves well for repeat business. From these
needs, InfoMentis developed and now delivers programs in areas such as:

acquired NextLevel Consulting in April of 2004. NextLevel expands the existing
offerings to include programs that help improve forecast accuracy, pipeline
management and sales operational effectiveness through the implementation of
proprietary methodologies.
